Preschool Drum set
Any drum set will work for our lessons, however there are specially made junior drum sets. In general, it is good to look for a drum set with a bass drum, tom, floor tom, hi-hat, snare drum, and at least one other cymbal.
older drum set
To purchase a quality drum set, families can expect to pay around $1,500. However, there are ways to lower the cost. You can purchase lesser quality drum sets for cheaper prices, however I recommend checking out percussion swap shops on facebook and I know of a few other resources that can help make this process more affordable. If you have questions about what drum set to purchase and how to know if it is good, please reach out to me and I am happy to help you find a drum set that fits your budget. Below is an example of "ideal" drum set parts.
You will need 2 boom stands and a hi hat stand
