Keyboard Percussion Lessons For All Ages!

Do you have a middle schooler who wants to play in jazz band, concert band, or marching band? A high schooler who wants to further develop their keyboard percussion skills? Are you looking to audition at a music school or pick back up on a skill you had in high school? I offer lessons on all keyboard instruments (marimba, vibraphone, glockenspiel) from beginners to advanced players. No experience is necessary. I will meet you where you are and help you develop your skills.
My teaching style is student focused and highly individualistic. After all, every student is different and we all have different goals. I adjust expectations to help students meet their specific goals for percussion lessons. We will typically work through technique, younger students will play games and all students will have the opportunity to explore arranging their own music, playing and singing, and more!

Online Lessons

Online 30 minute lesson - $25
Online 45 minute lesson - $35 Online 1 hour lesson - $45 |
I will send you a zoom link and password that we will use for each session. I accept payment through PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle for online lessons. If you have questions or concerns about how online learning can work for you or your child, please reach out! I am happy to explain my methods.

In-Person Lessons

In-person 45 minute lesson - $35 In-Person 1 hour lesson - $45 Lessons I drive to will be subject to $0.50 per mile away from my house in addition to the regular fee to cover gas. |
Students who live within 50 miles of the Kirksville Missouri area are able to request in person lessons. These lessons can either take place at my house, Truman State University, or I am willing to drive to students' homes for additional cost.

One Time Lessons
I offer a one time lesson to students preparing for auditions, all-district, competitions, etc for a flat fee of $50. These lessons will last as long as the student has material to work through but will not exceed 2 hours. These lessons are also subject to $0.5 per mile away from my home fee to cover gas.
